Buck bay vygie flower
by Henrik (22/07/11)
The Buck bay vygie has started to bloom with full force. I say with full force because of the intensity of the colors on the flowers. It almost hurts my eyes to look at them in real life (in a good way that is). I will probably post more photos on the flowers in a later post.

A noble man and his mistress going away to his summer castle.

I originally designed this carriage to be part of a bigger MOC I'm working on. I decided not to include it and show it off by itself instead. When I designed it I wanted to try to make it as compact as possible. The goal was to keep it 4 studs wide, have space for two people and still have a working door.

The reins is an addition that I would like some feedback on. I never really liked the empty space between the coachman and the horse. So that why I added the two "fishing lines" to connect them two. Would like to know if people think it's an improvement or not.

Norwegian tunnel
by Henrik (20/07/11)
Norway is amongst many this, the land of tunnels. Long unlit tunnels that is. They are a bit unnerving for someone that is not used to drive trough tunnels at all. It best to let someone else to drive and photograph them from the passenger seat instead.

In case you are wondering, the "lights" are reflector.

Chrysanthemum Greens and Bluehead Gilia

These two were the first one of the new flowers to bloom this year. So they get to share a blog post.
