but unfortunately things are not as they seem.


The idea for this set have been in my head for a long time. It took awhile before I got the pieces and time to create it. It felt nice to sit down and start building on it. Before I finished the base of the scene (seabed, cliff/beach and the surface), I really didn't know if it would look good or not. I was especially worried about the "waves" that are holding the big blue plates together. I feared they would look ridiculous, but they turned out nicely I think.

I'm happy about the finished result. I like that I didn't need a bulk loads of pieces to make it. It is nice to see that I can make something nice to show off with a few pieces.
