Two pictures taken on an industrial plot. Compared to all the other pictures I think these two pictures look great. The objects I have photographed doesn't suffer by the cameras shortcomings.

When I owned and used an APS camera I was still living with my parents and took a lot of photos in the forest around their house. To take these pictures I had turn off the flash (only setting I could change) and used my mothers tripod to stabilizes the camera. I was tempted to crop some of these pictures before posting them, but decided against it. I want to show of the pictures as they look like on paper when developed by a regular photo store.

Old pictures taken with an APS camera (Part 1 of 3)

I recently dug up some old film cartridge and got them developed digitally. I thought it would be nice to have digital copies of my old photos. While looking through them I find a few that I thought it would be fun to post here. Not because they are the best pictures in the world, but because they are how picture look like when shot with a cheap APS camera. Many of the pictures have a lot of noise in them and the colors are pale (and the fact that it was my first camera and I was just starting to photograph does really add to quality either). The pictures were all shoot between 1999 and 2001.

I like this picture. The vignetting (darkness in the corners) is a sign of cheap camera for me, but I think it adds to the picture.

The pale colors reminds me of old post cards.
