The pyramids of Giza are big and impressive. Especially when you are standing a stone’s throw away from them. It is hard to believe that somebody actually made the effort to build the pyramids. It feels like an insane project.

As you can see, we were dropped of to close to the Pyramid of Khufu for me to get a nice picture of it (and the sun was in the wrong place).
