Close to the center of Halmstad there is a display of four yellow bicyclist. They are well known, because the have been since 1999 standing right next to one of the major roads in Halmstad. The statues were made by a locally born artist named Annika Simonsson. She was born in Halmstad 1969 and is currently residing in Oslo, Norway's capital. As far as I can tell the statues are mostly made of fibre-glass and a few pieces of steel for the spokes.
